Just a heads up for anyone floating Grizzly to Two Rivers Park: the new rapid that formed under the Highway 82 bridge is huge right now! We floated from Shoshone this morning at 10,100 cfs on the gauge and the bridge rapid wave train was just as big as the Shoshone rapids. I went into it not expecting much and got stalled in the last wave. Looks like you can avoid the meat of the wave train by sneaking on river right close to the bank. Be prepared and push hard!

I ran it (south canyon) last weekend and it was beefy but easy and fun. The water has obviously gone up considerably since then, but I drove by it today and it looked pretty washed out.

I did it last Saturday at 9200... it was just as you describe, beefy, but a hoot. I scouted its from the bridge Wednesday at 14K, it looked a little washed out to me... super swift.
