The new book by Frank Wright on his life is on the street! Frank took over Nevills Expedition river running company in 1949 after Norm died, and Frank saw the drowning of Glen Canyon when Glen Canyon Dam was built, a place he dearly loved. He rolled with the punches as best as he could for his 99 years, and this is his recounting of his life, A Complete Life. See www.vishnutemplepress.com for details, All the best, tom

I had the pleasure of taking Frank's nephew down the Grand quite a few years back. He had some really great stories of running Norm's cataract boats through Glen Canyon. He was a teenager in those days, and hadn't been on the Colorado in many decades. Luckily for him, in his advanced age, a motor boat was still plying the waters of Grand Canyon and he was able to see the Canyon once more. Needless to say the walls looked the same, but the camping was unrecognizable. I look forward to reading Frank's story. Thanks Tom;)
