I've gone out twice this season and gotten skunked. It seems like it was always buried. Both times it was in the afternoon. I'd say late AM, early afternoon is best - before Morrow Point backs up.

A good plan is to plan on M-Wave and then stop at fluff if its going - that way you can boat no matter what.
