Potential new raft owner here. I've done my homework and am pretty set on a 13 or 14 used Hypalon boat as i cant afford the new stuff. At any rate, found the boat in the link below near me and the folks are open to offers. Looks like its in great shape for its age. They do mention a couple scuff patches on the bottom, but nothing that leaks air. Would $2700 be a decent deal?
