Does anyone know where I can get a replacement cable that includes the specific 2-pin connector for my Esquif canoe bilge pump battery cables?

I believe most people use trailer wiring connectors. Im not familiar with the equipment system but I have made my own dual pump system, bases on directions I found on cboats.net. I would assume, loose that connector and wire in something from your local parts store.

Shows a 4 flat trailer wiring connector in the document, why not just switch to that ? They are readily available at any parts house, even wal mart for a couple bucks and be done with it, or am I missing something ?

If waterproofing is the concern, use marine grade heat shrink tubing over whatever connectors you want - bullet type are the norm in marine environments. No need or reason to match what is shown in your photo. Looks like 16 and 14 gauge wire in the photo, 2 connectors and heat shrink might set you back $5...
