Nope not the same. 77cfs is DEFINITELY a no go for Encampment and really for just about any run 77cfs is not enough. 300 is even a stretch for Encampment because although at the top where there would be a lot less flow than what the gauge is reading, you might be able to float it at 300, MIGHT, it would take two days to do its full length at those flows.
For Clear Creek 500 should not be the minimum, I'll look into that and have it changed. Probably not to 150 but more like 300 or 250.With CC being roadside it's a lot easier to ELF (extremely low flow) boat it than Encampment, which is a long wilderness run.
