Eldo is relatively clean and portage-free as of 5/27/15.

A couple pieces of wood clog the upper section below the put-in, but you can navigate around them- just take it slow and use the eddies.

There's another log across the river: just above the straightaway that is above the big clean 8' boof. The river twists back and forth a couple times (out of sight from the road), and as it comes back toward the road, there's a larger slide just above the staightaway. The log is across the entrance to this drop, but you can easily go over it at 122 cfs. Make sure you're in your boat for this part.

Other than that, the Harmon portage still sucks and everything else is good to go. 122 is pretty low. I think 160-190 is probably ideal.

Thanks for the update. You got on that quick! Saw it bumped yesterday. Think it would be possible / worthwhile to pull some of that wood out? I'd be down to clean it up a bit if it would help with laps.

It would be pretty easy to pull the wood out of the top section, but the piece above the big boof might be a little tricky. I'm keen to do some cleaning; let me know when you want to go.

Kev... When you posted about Left Hand being good all I could think was how much you love Eldo and Clear Creek of the Ark. Your appreciation for mank is impressive.
