Eagle River - Partial Blockage below Dead Cow

Tree is down on river right at first corner immediately after Dead Cow rapid. Blocks half the river. Trees have been down in this area in past seasons as well.
It is possible to get around it, but watch out for this strainer if you have swimmers on Dead Cow!
