Cheapest and easiest....3 -9' straps. Run it around both bars buckles facing up and placed on one side of the box towards the bottom so you can pull up on the strap to adjust height.
Step on the middle or keep a strap on top of it at camp or it'll tip if its light or you step on the heavy side. A cam on each handle to the frame side rail/ thwart attachment avoids the tip as well, though i forget to do it until i have a tip incident.
