Yes they are. The latest info I have is that we will not see any flows higher than the usual augmentation flows (700cfs in Wellesville July 1-August 15) That being said who knows. We had a nice wet, cold spring around here and if native flows stay up and they still have to move water then it may bump flows up. No one knows right now becuase no one ever seems to know about these things.
Random thought: It would be cool if we all thought to use the serach function a little more often. This is maybe the fourth time this has come up and I am not ragging on you OleMiss I am just saying a lot of times on Moutainbuzz the same topics go around and around all summer long. You know, best boat for beginner, etc. Just a thought not trying to be all hostile. Cheers!
FYI, there's talk of enlarging CC Res. I think it's 10k af now and authorized up to 30k af. There's been talk of going up to 200k af in the Pueblo Chieftain. Probably not associated with this particular effort.
