We're doing a "lightweight" ducky & kayak run on the Dolores from Bradfield to Slickrock this weekend. We were hoping for any water (800cfs), but now it looks like we might get close to 2k :D. Anyone ever run a ducky through this section at higher levels?
I don't remember anything to worry about (other than Snaggle...) from doing the same trip at 800 a couple years back, but for the sake of a couple of our crew members I'm wondering if the character changes much at these higher levels.

Thanks.

Think you would be good to go most of the way if you dress for the water. We had people in our group duckie most of the way, but they did not run Snag. The lead in is not as scary as it looks (at least in a raft), but make sure you choose a solid path right or left of the three rocks following the lead in (about 75-100 yards past the spectators rock) because this is where all the trouble happens.

Also pay attention to the cliff right wall on the run out where the river bends to the left. Had a group of friends enjoying a beer on the sandbar on river left and a group in paddle rafts came by lilly dipping and about lost their heads on the cliff.
