Get a start on the kayaking season and work on that creek and river technique.

This race is for absolutely EVERYONE! Whether you are a river pro or just wanting to get in your boat with a bunch of friendly people......
Slalom and rec boats/Gear will be available free of charge for use to racers. Instruction and technique tips available from some of the best racers in the country.

Expect racers form local colleges, colorado area high schools and families and others just trying to find a new way to have fun in their boats.

Where: Denver 20th Street Platte River Slalom Training Site

When: Saturday, April 8th from 10:00 - 2:00

Who: EVERYONE!!!! Parents, Kids Grandparents... All can try it out on a very easy and fun slalom course. Great for newbies and beginners to Elite Level

Cost: 7.00 per participant (includes Lunch and awards) (All forms of payment accepted)

How do I get there? : Take I 25 to the 20th street exit. Heading east to the stop light- make a right. Coming to the next stop sign at the skate park and make a right crossing over the river. Make a final right at the next stop sign heading to the City of Cuernivica Park parking area. Follow the Green Way path to River.
