I have been keeping tuned into the thread regarding cracked creekers/boats from the beginning & I was going to post this under that thread but now decided to keep this short & address this individually.
Though we are all hoping for stronger & longer lasting boats... the one thing I can say we can at least do as individuals is to buy from a reputable manufacturer who will back their product. I am in no way affiliated with Jackson Kayak other than I own two... I luv my boats.... And though I have been unfortunate to have cracked two in less than two years I am none the worse off because Jackson has warrantied both boats without any hassles, issues or compromises.
So Thank You & thumbs up to Jackson for their respectable & unfailing customer service. I do appreciate it & hopefully this one will last substantially longer...And no... neither boats were blue Ha.
