I paddled it last week for the first time at 150 cfs. I would like to think that would be a bare minimum for paddling it at all! it was pretty frickin bony, getting stuck on rocks in between the rapids. I still managed to get backendered in the big one in the second gorge, otherwise it was pretty uneventful. I did have fun tho, but I am a notorious low flow paddler, I really don't mind boat abuse. I was told that 350 is supposed to be the ideal flow, I suspect it just gets better up to that point and after that it just gets bigger.
