Crash, fuel spill closes Clear Creek Canyon | 9news.com

"US 6 is closed in both directions in Clear Creek Canyon because of an accident involving three vehicles including a semi tanker. According to the Colorado State Patrol it happened just west of Tunnel One. The two cars involved in the crash came to a stop on ice in the Clear Creek....Officials say the semi-truck was carrying 6,000 gallons of asphalt oil which hardened as soon as it hit the ice in the creek forming sludge. The ice has helped in the cleanup because the oil solidified when it leaked out of the tank. "

That cant be good...hope those injured come out Ok and they can contain and clean up the sludge.

Four stations had vans with their dishes up at about 7:30 this morning. Should be plenty of footage.
