The winter in Jackson is shit so I am trying to bail down to Central America....does anyone have any leads on guiding jobs down there? I have a WFR swiftwater and 5 years experience on III-IV as well as mountain biking and climbing guide experience. If anyone knows of some companies that need help it would be great.....

costa rica river tours

in quepos (manuel antonio) area - we're very impressed with iguana tours' river guide operation for that region.

Your timing is probably not too good ,early dry season, but try contacting Maarten at Guatemala Rafting in Lanquin. He goes by Pescador on this forum and usually posts about guiding opportunities. They operate out a very cool lodge right on the Lanquin III - IV[V+] and run mostly the Cahabon ,1 to 3 days of III-IV.Other rivers not too far Polochic, Sauce, Negro-Chixoy,LasConchas,etc.
