"I've got a great Avon Pro that's only 5 years old and it will hold air for days. Sorry - what I meant is that it will hold air for at least a 1/2 day run of your local river. Bring a pump if you plan to be on the water longer than 3-4 hours."

I know you'll pick apart my comments no matter what I say but I was really simply trying to clarify that in our world, watertight, waterproof and water resistant references do make a difference and it's helpful to people to be particular when using those terms. Since there's no difference between a great deal on a semi-dry suit and dry-suit ;-)

The above not withstanding, I really like the NRS boxes (both Canyon & Boulder) and have them as a part of my gear and use them on every single overnight trip.

And before you say it...I'm calm and chill.
