can anybody recomend a good California River Guidebook? Specifically I am looking for something that covers class III/IV stuff in Northern Cali (such as the Scott, Smith, Trinity, and Klamath rivers). Gracias.
Jeffro, check out creekin.net. It's pretty much THE guide for Cali. Also, consider jumping on boof. It's the Cali equivalent of MB. By the way, on our way out we otta hit up the Reno WW park. They were just finishing some last details when I was there over Christmas. Looks pretty sweet. If it's flowing...should be that time of year...it'll put all our local parks to shame. Also, it's only a couple miles off I-80.
I'm looking for a physical guidebook. They are much more fun to drool over. Much more convienent as well while kayaking; laptops don't particularly like H2O.
I'll check out boof. I'm sure someone there ought to know.
