Can i remove both Thwarts in my Avon Adventurer and sling a floor from the frame that take up the entire interior space? I won't be doing any rapids, this is mainly for fly fishing out of.
Also, I've seen someone say something about putting foam down under the slung floor? Is that correct to do as well?

Yes, you can, as long as it's not actually riding on the boat floor, it'll be just fine

Sure thing, although you may want to divide your floor into 3 sections (front/middle/back) and/or hinge it so it can be hung at different heights... Piece of ethafoam or a couple of ensolite pads under floor will pad it a bit. Inflate boat and measure top of tube to floor on the water, preferably - if on land or concrete pad (garage floor) add another couple inches. Then adjust height so if you pinch a rock it won't force floor of boat up against bottom of your suspended floor. That tends to bring things to a quick and abrupt halt... and often lets you practice patching skills.
