I'm looking for someone local (Boulder, Longmont, Louisville, Superior, Niwot) that can do some...umm...cost effective...powder coating.

I tried contacting Paragon Powdercoating in Longmont but haven't been able to get in touch with them.

Windsor

Coating Specialties in Windsor did some bike frames for me way back. I think they were 75 bucks each, included sandblasting. small shop, seemed reasonable

I got in touch with these guys:

Premium Powder Coating

I contacted them and got a quote. Issue for me is that I'll need to pull off my ethafoam in order to do this. I assume I'll have to remove my gaskets as well.

As for the benefits of PC'ing, I assume this pretty much eliminates Al rubbing transfer to things. I'm sure it will still do this but it's probably almost non-existent. I'm thinking of getting my drybox, captains box (1) and cooler brackets coated.
