This leaves the Alps, which will also get a case of winter and thus insufficient water. Southwest Germany and Northwest Switzerland, however, might offer a lot of small creeks that part of the year.

Sweden have a lot of good kayaking. The big rivers in the north (Vindelalven, Pitealven, Kalixalven) usually work from may to october. The creeks in the mountains can also be runnable in the fall if there is enough rain.
