I had Tommy from Rocky Mountain Outdoor College as a climbing guide once and I know he also instructs kayaking (including a lvl 4 ACA instructors course) and, based on talking with him and also hearing word of mouth I would be extremely surprised if he wasn't a great instructor.
Kenny Kellogg posted on one of the local whitewater facebook pages that he was interested in private instruction. He's a pretty phenomenal kayaker.
