If you don't mind spending some money call Dvorak Expeditions. They set me up with a 1 on 1 guide/instructor last week on Browns and the Numbers (even though I just wanted company on the river). Super friendly, great instruction, professional but laid back. Completely worth it. I don't think it's advertised on their website but call and ask for this service. Half day or full day options...
