Looking to rally the daytime crew to run bear creek tomorrow. I have the day off and would like to get out there mid morning. Plan is to do a thorough scout for wood and remove what we can. Reports are that there is a lot of new wood in the top part of the run. Its at a juicy flow... highly recommend a mank boat that you won't mind sending down the river solo to its demise.

We ran it at current flows in 2013 floods and it was awesome!

I live on BC between evergreen and kitredge it rose about 300-400 cfs over night. It's raging not like 9-2013 but if this keeps up I might be getting evacuated again. Be careful out there!!

Didn't run bear yesterday. Could only rally one other paddler for the day mission so did black rock. Bear got really high overnight. Major fear is wood.

Heads up to you bear sick-o's. Drove up the canyon today. There's some river-wide wood visible from the road. Figure you guys would be on the lookout, but just figured I'd mention it. Sorry for not a more specific location.
