Mike is right about the rain-release connection.
Last year, it was 300 right up until they turned it off at the end of October. I would expect flows no higher than 225 for the rest of the season, based on the kind of rain we've been getting. This year, I expect to see some 165-175 days before it turns off, but I doubt we'll see 300 again till next year. I'd say it's stabilized about as much as Bailey does.
