Harness always outside (too cumbersome underneath not to mention access to carabiners, etc. on the loops)...avalanche beacon always under shell/outerlayer
backcountry harness position
I'm starting to gear up for some backcountry skiing. I'm not sure if I should be wearing my harness inside my bibs or outside. The bibs have a fly that should suffice the attachment loop to slip out of (among other things 
). My questions is this: How many of you wear your harness outside your pants and how many wear it inside?
