About a month old but I wanted to post a link to some awesome work being done by American Whitewater preserving flows critical to river health and recreation through a new and unique technique called ISF or Instream Flow Rights. If you ain't payin your dues to AW you better be broker than a raft guide in training.

Also look for a Ruby Horsethief/Westwater flow survey early in the new year that will help protect flows on those stretches and may lead to more of ISF's.
