It seems like everyone has a customer service horror story of some type with kayak gear so I thought I would post a great one. I had what appeared to be a small zipper problem with my Astral Green Jacket (2 yrs old) so I called customer service and they had me fill out an electronic warranty form and submit it. They called me back the same day to tell me they were immediately replacing my vest. They took care of all the shipping costs and logistics. Great people to work with and they have an Astral customer for life.
