Yea, thanks to all, it looks better from water level. I checked it out tuesday since it was nice and I wanted a change from paddling the flat water above 32nd. Smelters "Falls" has the rooster tail rock on the river right side of the main channel (re)moved so it is cleaner, but is skicky low. Needs more water to be hapnin. Side Pocket is a little narrowed and may be BIG with water. Maybe the best news is the new eddy rock below the Corner to attain back up when you get blown off. Water is only cold when you flip.
