10' or so from the top (very good for this time of year compared to the past several years). The inflow is still low (I would guess 70CFS or lower?) and not sure what is being released at the bottem or if Boulder is sucking water out to Kossler Res (sp) for city water that goes to Betasso?
The divide still looks good and white, as it hasn't been getting all that warm and nights have still been cold. All we need is some warm weather to get things flowing or more snow to increase the snow pack!
I haven't ben up there in a few weeks, but if its really only 10' down that is way above the norm. They are not releasing much out the bottom (under 20 i'd guess), so maybe it will spill before usual wich is right around memorial day.
