46th Annual Crystal River Races and Colorado High School Whitewater Cup Championships

This event is a great place to try out Slalom, Downriver, and Freestyle competition or warm up for the bigger events following this summer. Many first time competitors as well as veterans love taking part in this low key event.

May 7th
4:00 pm Freestyle at the G-wave - Okay its not on the Crystal but its got to be better than the log hole.

May 8th in conjunction with Carbondale, CO Dandelion Days.
8:00 am River Clean up
11:00 am Downriver race on the Crystal
1:00 pm Slalom at the CRMS bridge

the construction at the wave will look great .... in about two weeks. The limited parking that is there is full of construction stuff. We should be able to access the bank but spectators will be very limited. Talking with the construction company to day. If you are coming plan on riding a bike or catch the bus from Glenwood Meadows (Target).

Thanks Whitewater Rafting Limited for allowing us to park in their lot tomorrow just up the road. Please remember that we cannot park there in the summer season.
