I was on the Colorado Saturday, 3/28, from Corn Lake to 24 rd. Levels were about 3500(?) 29 rd rapid was a decent wave train. I have an 18' bucket and had enough to splash my front seat passengers. It's Rio left pretty much under the bridge, maybe a bit down stream.
There's also a rapid at 5th street, and the confluence. All fun, not sure what they look like at higher levels.
Im there all the time went last monday 3-30-15 its at around 2kcfs theres a nice wave river right and a nice hole below it its above the bridge you can portage up the river trail and drop in the canal to access the river. easy eddy if you wanted id come and show you 970-778-10twonine names jake! heres a link to the gauge
its just above 29rd bridge coming over the river you can park on the right of 29rd there is a dirt lot people have been using all you need to do is walk up the river trail (this is what I have been doin) walk until you come to a trail bridge there is a small canal that leads to the river I just boat launch from the side of the bridge into the canal and head down to the wave its easy or you can walk under 29rd bridge head left till you run into trees and you can fairy across to the eddy and head up stream to the wave. I find the river trail the easyest
