2023 Lower Owyhee River Shuttles

Hello white water friends! My wife and a few friends are getting ready to float the Lower Owyhee from Rome to Birch Creek. I've seen a couple posts about which river shuttles to avoid, but not much info on which ones are reliable. I see a few people saying that Owyhee River Runners are not the most reliable. Can anyone give me a positive suggestion for a shuttle, and possibly a link to go along with it? I see that Owyhee Adventure Shuttle Service has been good for a few people, but cant find a website for them. I found a phone number for 'Judy' with Owyhee Adventure Shuttles, called it and got a voice mail with instructions to leave a message, however the mailbox was full! There are also a few other names mentioned, but no website or business associated with the names- this just seems a bit sketchy to me!
