I have a Star Outlaw 12ft raft for sale. Just the rubber. Frame, oars, trailer not included. I have thwarts. Needs patch on the floor, other than that, no leaks on any of the baffles, no patches. If needs to be shipped we can work something out. I get pretty good rates since I work at a place that does high volume of online sales.
