Looking for a couple willing beavers to go wood chipping from the highway down thru the gorge on CC. I was going to try last fall and had a health issue change my plans. I recon'd it last year wasn't as bad as I thought maybe 15 -20 sticks to chew on in a 2 mile section. Water is still low enough to get it early. It would be a worthy effort

I'll be the first to admit I've done some half baked stuff over the years. But this is actually worthwhile and with 3 or 4 saws, quick work. Y 'all will definitely be pleasantly surprised. Come on help me out. The wood really isn't that bad, seriously.

Si senor. Sunday is supposed to be nice. Flow is around 25 cfs good level for lower gorge hiking.

I had a productive day yesterday, nearly a mile cleared. Might get done in time for this season with a little help. Water is coming up a touch.

And just an FYI in case you think about dropping in before it's clean. There's some badly placed wood in the lower gorge and it is really tight and blind in several spots. You need to be on top of your game. It might be a little frustrating dealing with the extra wood too.
