Dropped the gorge this morning and everything is good EXCEPT:
-The sieve rapid just above S-Turn has wood in the left side totally blocking the channel. Sometimes you can run this but it is blocked and should be an obvious walk. If the water rises it might get covered.
-Flows based on the Tony M. Gauge:
The gauge reads from lowest to highest, yellow(low)->purple->green->red(high).
Mid-day today and mid-day yesterday= low side of medium (purple)
Last night peak=High side of high (red). A full foot more water at the put-in than mid-day.
LOTS of water comin' in below the guage. Coal creek is crankin'. Solid medium at S-turn/Dragons.
-The road is passable all the way to the take-out. If you drive a Pontiac Grand Prix leave it in the garage and ride with somebody who has a real truck.
Hope this helps, JW
