A good friend of mine who is living in my back duplex is in the process of buying a house and so I am on the search for a good tenant. The place is a 1 BDRM 1 BATH apartment under 1mile from CSU and Old Town and 25min from the Poudre and available February 1st. There is a big fenced backyard with a garden perfect for a good river dog and lot of storage space of boats, bikes, ski, and other toys. I'm up on the Poudre almost everyday in the summer so the place even comes with someone to paddle with if needed. Rent is $625 per month which includes all utilities and wi-fi. Hey Lief, its Brendan. I met you down on the colorado at shoshone this past septmember. Hows it going! I'm still looking for a place for this spring semester, but unfortunetly $650 is kinda out of my budget range. I got $450 a month if you cant find anybody. Anyways, I'll be down the poudre, hopefully everyday this season too. I still got your email, so I'll drop you a line some time to go boating. Take it easy.
