if you were to drive 4 hours?
Glenwood or Green river WWP. Either way its a four hour drive which would be more worth it?

I live in Glenwood and I won't drive 10 minutes for that park at this level. I am a usual fixture there at good levels but I have not been there since June.

But.. Barrel Springs has water in it and Shoshone is at 1000+/-.

Casper is only at 500 cfs I'd go run gore if I were you or bluegrass if possible sack up dude

stillwaterpaddler 10-16-2012 06:23 PM

is bluegrass really still runnable?

If you are coming to GR, make sure to get a hold of parks and rec to see if they will come adjust the wave. They have the gates dropped for the winter, so it pretty much sucks right now. I think they adjusted it for some guys from Utah a couple weeks ago, but have told me they wont leave it up after October 1st. Kind of lame, we have water, and I would paddle till it freezes if they would leave it adjusted.

josh, i'd go to casper w you if you want to car pool.
glenwood is ok at best like stated above, shoshone is ok too.

when are you going?

caspermike 10-17-2012 01:20 AM

Bluegrass is irrigation.. Possible is wyoming call the number

Jmannhei 10-17-2012 01:40 PM

I hear casper at this level is good for about spins and that's it I got those down pretty well want to work on some other stuff. Gore would be fun, but given I never ran it and I'm still healing broken parts from a mtnbike crash I don't know if that's the best idea. Shoshone just doesn't get me going in more which a year and a half ago was the hardest thing I was running.

caspermike 10-17-2012 02:58 PM

Laramie river north of Laramie if its running between bluegrass before the diversion is sweet I hear. Look around you would be surprised. Woody might know something
