We need a bit more raft support (and probably some gear) for a March 13-16 Upper Salt trip. Please come join us--a lot of the folks going are professional guides (coming from Denver and Durango) and we're familiar with the river...we're just heavy on kayakers and short on available gear due to a competing Grand Canyon trip! Feel free to PM me or reply with questions.
I have a shredder that I could bring and possibly a friend with a boat and some multiday gear. I will talk to him and see what he thinks...how many more people do you want to add, also do you have a rough idea about costs of the trip?? :-D
Hey Celene-
The wife and I will run with you. Everybody in our extended group of boater buddies got skunked on this permit. We will bring a 14 footer and have three of anything else your group may need. I will PM you with more stats.

I think we need 2 full-sized rafts and of course I'm open to rafters wanting some extra spots. The permit fees (including the tribal fees) are $33 so I'd guess the trip would be well under $100 per person, maybe somewhere in the $75 range depending on gear purchases and how good the food is?
