Men’s medium. New at this. Doing the Grand in December w an experienced crew. 5’8” 142lbs. Think a medium should work Thank you

I'd suggest you also widen your search and include Mediums. My daughter is 5’8” 140lbs and the Med fit her pretty well.



Drysuits are more size-flexible than wetsuits. You can wear a slightly-too-large wetsuit and burp out the excess air. Some wrinkles won't hurt.

A too-small wetsuit will stretch and keep you warm. A too-large wetsuit will let in water and make you cold. A too-small drysuit will be restrictive because they don't stretch!


That all said, I have a M Kokatat tropos suit with socks I would consider selling or renting.

Thanks. That helps. Some small sizes are snug and I’ll definitely want some room. Not going until Dec 2020.

Son drew a permit. Think for 16. He was a guide on Clear Creek. Just got married. Think most of their pals were more stoked about the trip than the wedding. Should be interesting in December.
