We are going to try to set up an open mic type arena for everyone’s musical enjoyment. We need sound equiptment too, so if anyone is willing to share this, we would be happy to talk about a rental fee and security deposit.

Safety and Volunteer:
Those that help with safety and volunteer for other various jobs ie: raft shuttle below Kirschbaum’s are invaluable to the running of the event. Volunteers and safety will get a free t-shirt for helping with the race. Please contact ahead of time if you have any interest in either of these areas.

Final notes to Participants:
The BLM requires us, as race organizers, to monitor impacts including environmental, parking and traffic. Cooperation in all of these areas is greatly appreciated and is vital to the success of this year’s and all future Gore Canyon Races.

The usual campsites are available in the designated sites at Pumphouse Recreation Area. Please abide by BLM rules.

Why are you guys always dogging the play boaters? Under 8 feet is not a play boat heat, and there are a lot of us who consider Gore a play boat run. There should be under 6 feet or dedicated play boat guideline... Wave wheels off tunnel only mandatory if you really want to win! Anyway, just my two cents.
