Easy SUP runs in RFV or b/w GJ and Vail

I am a busy mom who loves to get out whenever I can on easy SUP runs. My days of serious whitewater are over... now I just want to get out to enjoy the water without stressing since I wasn't that great of a kayaker anyway. Lakes are fine, but looking for mellow runs. Northstar Preserve near Aspen is great (and that is super mellow...) when nobody is there. Grizzly is great too. Other suggestions?

Tack on another 4 mi after state bridge to the 2 bridges takeout. Pair up with friends/family on a raft, hop on the raft when you get tired and let someone else have a turn. See folks doing this all the time.

Georgina,
Alan may have to suck it up and get a raft so you can get the family out on the water.

Catherines Store Bridge to Carbondale is fun on the sup and Carbondale to Westbank. Aside from those, your looking at the runs you mentioned or headed further down stream to New Castle or Rifle.

Hope you guys had a good summer and are enjoying the start of the school year.
