Buena Vista playpark waves?

Headed to Buena on Saturday and wanted to try our some of the waves in town, curious which one would be good to practice on for a noob river surfer? Facebook page does not have much in the last week and from CKS page the mid-town wave is usually the greenest. Anyone been out last couple of days? If anything I will just do a town run and try a few. Thanks.

I think at pretty much every level the staircase wave is the best for SUPs.

This is from tonight. Staircase wave @+- 2,000 ish is money. Glassy shoulder, fun pile surf on..entrance from river right is best right now. River left entrance is still a little chunky. Salida is really good too right now. Def worth going down there to check out...
