What vintage is this Maravia and give me a value

Hey all, looking to pick up this old guide bucket boat made by Maravia. Not sure what year or model it was but t has a nice casting frame and has actually never been patched. comes with 3 nice carlisle oars and the wood floor (decent shape). Also the trailer newly made frame on a harbor freight trailer. Seems to hold air well. What would you pay for it?

Thanks

I have one that looks just like that but is self baling. It is a 1992 Williwa 1. You can e-mail the serial number to maravia and they can tell you if it is pre 1993 or not.

Hope that helps.

How many chambers does the boat have, if only three it is likely a one of the new waves.....those valves if i'm not mistaken are the AD-1s and were used up until around 1994, so the boat is most likely from <1993.....looks to be in really good shape from those couple of shots you posted but regardless is probably over 20 years old.

thanks duke i'll contact maravia for the heck of it but yes It has only three valves and they are the ad-1's. Old boat but surprisingly damn nice condition. The guy had spent some considerable time routering the floor pieces and painting them. He also sprayed the top and the inside floor with some durable rhino like spray, unless they came that way. Wish I knew who he was and buy him a beer

$1,500 for the raft frame oars and trailer?

I know if it was made within the last 15 years the hull identifacation number will be in the stern down near the floor, the last two numbers will be the year the boat was made,
the last two numbers should be the year it was made no matter what,i just know they were placed in the stern for the last 15 years

Heck, at $1500 it's like buying the frame and oars and getting a boat and trailer for free.
