Rogue boat material

I just got any good deal on an old rogue. I'm wondering what material it is made of. I want to add handles and d-rings.

They were neoprene. Maybe dearer could source you d rings, but hypalon would stick fine

They are hypalon coated neoprene. I've had the best luck with NRS Orca material for d-rings and handles.

This is the boat I'm talking about. It was a bucket then a floor was put in. I need to see if I can make the floor work. Thinking about painting it to seal it up. Rubber roof paint maybe because it is flexible.
