Raft cleaning routine

I'm just wondering what people are doing when they get back from a trip to clean up there boat. I'm using a hypalon raft and it's getting pretty old and I just want to make sure I'm doing all I can to keep it going. Right now the routine is wash boat in soap an water, vacuum under tubes and roll lightly and store. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

If you can avoid the rolling, would be nice. Had a Riken for 23 years, and it's still solid, doing the same. Stored ours in the carport, on a tarp as the concrete will wick a bit of moisture up to the boat. Take care of the old ones!

I try and avoid detergent soaps if I can help it. I use Woolite to wash mine. I also use a generous application of 303 protectant twice a season. Last one before putting it up for the season. 303 Products - Aerospace Protectant, High Tech Fabric Guard -* World's Leading Automotive Care Products Get some of this stuff if you want your boat to last a good long time.

I don't use any soap unless I am going to 303 it. Which I do 3-4 times a year.

Typically I just use a water hose and let'r dry real good. Then roll.
