Price Police: 14' Vangard SB

Looking to jump up a boat size and will have a 2 year old (30 trips)for sale in a few weeks. Any idea of a good jumping off point? No holes, leaks or patches. Looks like Frontier Play has some but they seem kinda spendy. https://www.frontierplay.com/15VanguardUsedRaft

Would prefer to be on the "Best Deals" list and not the "Worst Deals" list so does $1800 sound fair?

You're not giving a lot of info, what size is your boat? What is sold with it? Does it have Thwarts? Any warranty left? How about wear or patches? How was it stored?

Throw out some details and a picture.

2 year old Vangard 14' self bailer in grey/yellow. No holes, leaks or patches. Never folded and always stored indoors inflated on a trailer. Just the rubber and 3 thwarts included in the deal. Should have 3 years left on the warranty but the Vangard site is a little vague as to transfer. Working on a pic.

I think 1800 seems fair as a new one is above 3k right? That price also puts you below the price of a new RMR which many prospective buyers I'd assume would also be considering.

$1800 sounds like a fair deal to me, but they are on sale at FP for $2,399.00 right now. You should call about the warranty transfer as I think that it would be a good selling point.

Well, I guess 2,399 was for used ones with one season on them and a "full warranty". Heck, maybe you should raise your price to 2k and expect some horse trader to try to talk you down. If I was buying a raft, I would expect the seller to come down a standard $100 unless they specifically advertised it as "price firm".

The used FP ones appear to be sold. If you click on the size to check out they say they're out of stock.

I think $1800 is fair for a boat that's only a couple years old.
