MFS or Selway acceptance?

Mine passed last year for the GC. The pleasant but firm ranger accepted it but asked if i would take the alternate steel one as a backup it case it all went sideways. She requested feedback but we never used it. (July). My question is....has anyone used one on the MFS or Selway? Pass/Fail?

+1 on the Salt last month. In fact, the USFS guys were stoked on the design and wanted to know where to get one. Super happy with mine....think we can all testify it's as ash-free as anything, if not more so than the ghetto oilpan or trashlid setup that somehow is still acceptable.

I've already heard this passing WW inspection more than once, so am quite surprised to hear about a recent denial and too would appreciate if the rangers would get on the same freaking page. This pan meets the regs, as written, so if they are going to get capricious about things...outta change them for clarity.

I believe so. No "pulling the wool over her eyes". I've dealt with her a couple of times and she's been great. Like i said...pleasant but firm.
