Partner Steel customer service

A friend (very good friend) gave me a partner stove as a thank you gift (he knew I was drooling over them).
Long story short, he gave me a 4 burner 16" stove as a surprise and I decided I wanted a 18" with the break apart hinge. I called Partner Steel Co. and they said send it back with all your info and what you want us to do. I shipped via UPS on Tuesday and received my upgraded stove the following Monday, 6 days later. That is what I call great customer service.

Partner Steel rocks. They have done a few custom things for me, and I always got them fast & done right. I've also been in their shop in Pokie and watched them building the stoves. Their pride in their products & craftsmanship is very evident.

Over the years I have purchased a lot of Partner Steel products. Stoves, griddles, coffee pot and their version of dutch ovens.

All items still working like new. I did email Partner Steel for new O rings for my 4 and 2 burner stoves.

If a person can get past the high initial purchase price, the cost per use and reliability factor is what I like. Plus if any issues call them up and they will connect you to the person who made that item.

A great US company.

Harvey Partner built my Super Stove (about 15 years ago) to my specifications--4-burner stove, camp kitchen and dry box, all-in-one.

That is some amazing raft porn right there. I've saved that photo when you posted it on a previous thread to drool over. I think it is the ultimate setup for OCD river kitchen gear heads! I would love to see that thing in action in person some day.

There you go Mogur, rubbing our faces in it again I too have already saved that photo for some unadulterated idea thievery latter this winter... Probably have to wait on the custom partner but I think I can mount one of my other stoves similarly. I totally dig that setup.

The stove is the topper (literally and figuratively), but what keeps me coming back is all the compartments and drawers that everything fits in just perfectly. That earlier thread post even had a map legend of sorts that explains what/where everything is in that final picture - of course I had to print that out too...

Look for us making a slow float through Hells Canyon during the first week of August.

We have worked with Partner Steel for about a decade now and have only ever had the best experiences with them! It's true, not only are their products incredible but their customer service and company in general, are just as bomb proof! We will continue to carry Partner Steel, and stand behind products as long as they exist.
