Opinions on used NRS

Hi Everyone!

Would any one mind chiming in on this boat? Used on CL in the area. I'm not desperate but interested if it's worth anything.

Thanks!

"It does have some dry rot" = nope. That boat must be at least 25 years old. My buddy had one and it wasn't the most durable boat even when new.

I don't know anything about this one but it might be a better choice. https://roseburg.craigslist.org/boa/6063016437.html

That boat has a bunch of problems that will continue to get worse. Even if you try to start fixing some of them. Put your money into something better. Cheap price doesn't always mean good deal.

I'm not certain, but I think that is the outfitter model of the Riken Legacy, but somebody with more years please check me on that!
Riken built good boats, could be a decent buy if it is in good shape and that front left patch still looks ok. That is a pretty old picture, so if the patch still looks good, I'll bet it is solid. kinda like the look of those old Rikens, like a classic car, they have there own charm.

Legacy is an older, imported hypalon boat. They were decent enough in their day. I can't say for sure without looking at it, but I would probably would have bought it by now.

Thanks! Unfortunately, that rig is already sold. I have a boat, and am grateful for what I have but am always keeping my eyes open. CRG gear swap is only a few weeks away, we'll see what turns up there!

Thanks again!
